Fees & Payment
Fees start at €50.00, vary depending on duration and services provided, and are subject to change on an annual basis. The consultation fee covers up to 30 mins one-to-one time, assessments, therapy, reports, and preparation of files where applicable. Fees are payable in advance of consultation via Stripe payments embedded in this website, or in person in advance of consultation. Fees are non-negotiable in all cases, whether private or corporate. Fees available on this website are applicable to private consultation and do not represent a corporate arrangement.
Credit or free consultations (in-person or virtual) are not provided except where clients are registered charities and arrangements are agreed in advance in writing.
Where your commitment to the consultation process exceeds six months, you may avail of a reduced rate. All new clients can avail of a 15 min telephone conversation free of charge in advance of making a commitment.
Travel & On-Site
Where services are provided in a client's home or place of work, travel time and associated costs will be borne by the client in addition to consultation fees. Costs will be outlined in advance, and settlement required on receipt.
I understand that you have commitments to work, business and family and that unexpected changes to your schedule occur outside your control. In this case, please provide 24-hour notice should you need to cancel and I can move your appointment.
If you miss an appointment without cancelling or cancel with less than 24 business hours’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer. New appointments will need to be settled in full in advance.
Notwithstanding commitments to children and family members under our care, I believe we must make our mental health a top priority. This means you must follow through on your commitment to each session with me as they are very important to your success. Accordingly, there is an obligation on me to honour my other clients and my commitment to them.
Insurance & Tax Relief
Major health insurance providers in Ireland provide contingencies for the cover of psychological services. Many insurance policies, depending on your level of cover, include an aspect of health treatment. Please consult with your broker or directly with your provider in advance of booking your appointment.
Alternatively, if your health insurance provider does not include cover then you may be able to claim tax relief. Please consult with Irish Revenue Online Service for more details on how to make your claim.
