Regular private consultation with an experienced and qualified coach is the first step to improved performance and results in work, business & sport. I take a humanistic, person-centric, yet scientific approach to help you reach your performance goals. Learn how to implement proven psychological strategies to resolve outer challenges, inner conflict, and improve your performance.
Together we will explore your current practices. You'll affirm your values, set realistic goals, and examine how intrinsic and extrinsic demands impact your state of mind. We'll explore your personal expectations and implement self-care strategies and stress management techniques to help bring about a more balanced and effective you.
